RockFlex Rock Bags

Engineered Rock-Filled Bags for Scour Protection & Erosion Control

RockFlex is MMC’s heavy-duty rock-filled net bag system designed for scour protection, erosion control, revetment construction and marine infrastructure stabilisation.

RockFlex units are manufactured from high-strength, UV-resistant synthetic netting and filled with locally sourced graded rock to create flexible, high-mass protection units that can be rapidly installed above or below water.

Unlike conventional loose rock armour, RockFlex contains the rock within an engineered net system, allowing individual units to be lifted, positioned and installed accurately.

Flexible, Rapid Installation

RockFlex units conform to irregular ground and seabed profiles, making them suitable for locations where conventional rock armour, gabions or concrete structures may be difficult or slow to install.

Units can be manufactured in a range of sizes and weights to suit project requirements, including heavy-duty bags for marine and underwater installation.
