Metsel Marine & Civil was engaged to support offshore grouting works associated with  Chevron  Janz project, delivered in collaboration with Bhagwan Marine.

Our scope included the supply of specialist grouting equipment and experienced grouting personnel to support the installation of large-format subsea grout bags in a marine environment. Metsel provided project-specific pumps, colloidal mixing equipment, and ancillary tooling configured for controlled offshore deployment, ensuring high density  grout delivery was consistent, stable, and aligned with project specifications.

In addition to equipment supply, Metsel deployed trained grouting technicians to oversee mixing, pumping, and placement activities. Our personnel worked closely with the marine installation team to coordinate grout bag filling sequences, manage pump pressures, and maintain continuous flow during placement, minimising the risk of segregation or incomplete fill.

All works were executed in accordance with approved procedures, with a strong focus on safety, quality control, and operational reliability in an offshore environment. Metsel’s involvement helped ensure the grout bag installations were completed efficiently and in line with project requirements.
